CK Condo — Privacy Policy

Preamble

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains how CK Condo ("CK Condo", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses, discloses and protects your personal data when you use ckcondo.com and our condominium services (the "Platform").

This Policy is made under the Thailand Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) ("PDPA").

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy.

1. Scope and Application

1.1 What This Policy Covers

Personal data collected through the Platform, including when you create an account, book a service, request a quotation or contact us.

1.2 What This Policy Does Not Cover

Third-party websites or services linked from the Platform. They are governed by their own privacy policies.

2. Personal Data We Collect

2.1 Data You Provide

Name, email address and phone number.
Booking and quotation details: the service chosen, date and time, project name, unit number, service address, a description of the work and any photos you attach.
Messages you send through our forms and chat.
Property requirements and budget when you ask to buy, rent or list a property.

2.2 Data from Sign-in Providers

If you sign in with LINE or Google, we receive your account identifier, display name, profile picture and, for Google, your email address. We never receive your password.

2.3 Data Collected Automatically

IP address, sign-in records, referral source and cookies.

3. How We Use Your Personal Data

(a) To provide the services you request, such as verifying your identity, taking bookings, issuing quotations, scheduling and replying to you. Legal basis: contract (Section 24(3)).
(b) To keep accounts and systems secure, prevent misuse and improve the Platform. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Section 24(5)).
(c) To keep accounting and tax records. Legal basis: legal obligation (Section 24(6)).
(d) To measure use of the Platform with analytics cookies. Legal basis: consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

4. Disclosure of Personal Data

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share customer data with contractors or other third parties for their own purposes. We disclose personal data only to:

(a) service providers that operate the Platform on our behalf and under our instructions, namely website hosting, database, image storage and email delivery providers;
(b) the sign-in provider you choose (LINE or Google); and
(c) authorities, where required by law.

5. International Transfers

Our service providers may store or process data outside Thailand. Where they do, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place as required by Sections 28 and 29 of the PDPA.

6. Data Retention

Accounting and tax records are kept for at least 5 years, as required by the Accounting Act B.E. 2543 (2000) and the Revenue Code.
Account data is kept while your account is active, and deleted or anonymised on request unless the law requires us to keep it.
Other data is kept only as long as necessary for the purposes in Section 3.

7. Data Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), limit access to personal data to authorised staff who need it, and log access to our administrative systems.

8. Your Rights

Under the PDPA you have the right to:

access your personal data and obtain a copy of it;
receive your personal data, or have it transferred, in a machine-readable format;
object to its collection, use or disclosure;
have it deleted, destroyed or anonymised;
have its processing restricted;
have it corrected and kept up to date;
withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out; and
lodge a complaint with the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee (www.pdpc.or.th).

9. Contact Us and Exercising Your Rights

The data controller is CK Condo.

To exercise your rights or ask about this Policy, email ckcondo.company@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days and may first ask you to verify your identity, so that nobody else can obtain your data.

10. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your language and cookie choices. Analytics cookies, where used, run only with your consent, and you can change your choice at any time.

11. Minors

The Platform is intended for adults. If you are under 20, a parent or guardian should contact us or give consent on your behalf where the law requires it.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, with its effective date.

13. Governing Law

This Policy is governed by the laws of Thailand.
